Leticia Kimble is Of Counsel at DJK Counsel. Leticia represents individuals and companies in complex corporate, real estate, and entertainment litigation matters. She has significant experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court. Ms. Kimble handles every stage of litigation, from inception to finish, including extensive motion practice, discovery, depositions, trial, and settlement. In addition, she also has transactional experience representing corporate and real estate clients in acquisitions and dispositions, corporate formation, mergers, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining DJK Counsel, Ms. Kimble was an associate in the Century City office of O’Melveny & Meyers, where she represented corporate and entertainment clients in complex litigation and transactions.
Leticia Kimble graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and as a board member of the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition. Ms. Kimble graduated as a Trustee Scholar from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in business in 2005.
Ms. Kimble is a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles Country Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in California, the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
