Natalie Jay

Associate

Natalie’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. She represents lenders, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and other business owners in entity formation, negotiation, drafting, financing, leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial and multi-family residential real estate.

Natalie received her undergraduate degree in history summa cum laude from Princeton University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining DJK Counsel, she worked for a full-service law firm in Ventura County, clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and spent two seasons as the contract and cap specialist for the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA.

Natalie serves on the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Oxnard and the Oxnard College Foundation. Her other interests include Portuguese literature, professional sports, and spending as much time as possible on the water or at the beach in Oxnard, where she was raised and currently lives.
