Craig Gherman is a corporate transactional attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising clients that range from start-ups to Fortune 500 public companies. His practice has encompassed acquisitions and sales, mergers, capital raises, joint ventures, corporate governance, and a wide range of commercial transactions. Craig began his career in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he was a member of the Global Corporate and M&A group. In 2006, he further expanded his practice at Schwell, Wimpfheimer & Associates LLP, where he focused on Corporate, Securities, Private Equity, and Start-Ups. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Israel, enhancing his ability to advise on cross-border matters.

Outside of his legal work, Craig enjoys time with his family, writing, studying, exercising, and supporting charities and community organizations through pro bono service.
