Jennifer has deep experience representing developers, investors, financial institutions, REITs, and corporate property owners in complex commercial real estate transactions. She advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, joint ventures, land use, entitlements, and large scale development projects.

Her work has spanned a wide range of asset types, including retail centers, office buildings, medical offices, hotels, condominiums, mobile home communities, solar projects, and mixed use or transit oriented developments. Jennifer brings a practical, detail driven approach to every transaction, managing all phases of real estate deals from due diligence and title review to document negotiation and closing.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Jen runs a small online shop dedicated to handcrafted botanical art, where she first carefully dries and preserves various types of flowers and next, carefully arranges them in layers of resin to create nature-inspired art work. The process is a rewarding creative outlet that complements her detail-oriented approach.
