Tory Junkins


Victoria focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and real estate development. She represents owners, developers, investors and landlords in the acquisition and sale of real estate, financings and leasing. In addition, Ms. Junkins is experienced in negotiating purchase and sale contracts, condominium formation documents, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, commercial office and retail leases, joint venture agreements and corporate entity formation documents.

Prior to joining DJK Counsel, Ms. Junkins served for two years as general counsel for a private lender and for six years as an Associate at the international law firm of Holland & Knight.

Ms. Junkins obtained her J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School of George Mason University in 2014 and her B.A. from Virginia Tech, cum laude, in 2011.

In her spare time, Victoria raises and trains service dogs for Canine Companions for Independence, a national non-profit organization and the largest and oldest service dog provider in the country.
